Stony Creek Brewing is teaming up with Chilli Festivals Australia to bring you the Sizzling Chilli, Beer & Sausage Fest for Charity on Saturday 18 October 2025, from 12pm to 5pm. This is not your average Saturday afternoon. Think sizzling sausages, fiery chilli sauces, cold craft beer, and more sausage puns than you can handle – all packed into one massive day at our brewery in the heart of Ipswich. What’s on the grill Sausages from near and far will be taking centre stage. From traditional favourites to bold new flavours, this is a sausage lover’s paradise. Come hungry, bring a few mates, and be prepared to loosen your belt. Spice it up The chilli stalls will test your taste buds with sauces ranging from mild to wild. Free tastings mean you can find your perfect match, and if you’re brave enough, take on one of the chilli-eating challenges. Whether you’re a casual dabbler or a full-blown fire-breather, there’s something for everyone. Raise your glass Of course, no festival is complete without the beer. Our Stony Creek craft beers will be flowing all day. Pair your sausage or chilli with a lager, ale, or something seasonal straight from the taps. The beer garden will be the hoppiest place to hang out with friends.
