As we head into the final days before Christmas, our last Sunday deserves something special. While live music usually fills our Friday and Saturday nights, this weekend is different. Last Smoker BBQ for 2025 We’re firing up the smoker one final time for 2025 this Sunday, December 21, and it’s also our last day open before Christmas. Join us from 11:30am – 3:00pm for our much-loved Smoker BBQ, featuring generous single serves ($25) and share platters ($65). A quick heads-up the share platter easily feeds 3–4 people, and if it’s just two of you, expect leftovers for dinner. This is the last Smoker Sunday of the year, and we’ll be closed for five days

Stony Creek Brewing presents a big weekend of live music in the laneway. (12 & 13 Dec) Friday night with Billy Bridge is fully booked, and updates will be shared if availability changes. Saturday night with Damien Johnston is filling quickly, and guests are encouraged to book early. Enjoy local musicians, independent beer and a welcoming laneway atmosphere at one of Ipswich’s most vibrant destinations.

Stony Creek Brewing will be at the Mulgowie Farmers Market this Saturday from 8–11am with cold Christmas-ready beers and merchandise, including Red Rye Pearler, Townson Ale, Oat Cream Hazy, Galvanized Sparkling Ale, Stokersbrew Japanese Lager, T-shirts and tea towels. Christmas OPEN Hours at Stony Creek Brewing 27–28 December Kitchen is having a nap (closed) but the bar + takeaway is open 12–3pm. Come in, grab a beer, and watch Mel clean the venue (thats what Karen is going to do). 2–3–4 January Kitchen open with a modified menu because Dennis is in charge… which means there’s a 99% chance he’ll sneak chilli into something. 12–3pm each day, and the bar stays open until 5pm to help you recover from Dennis’ experiments. Live Music Weekend 5 & 6 DecemberWe’re celebrating the start of December with two great nights of live music at Stony Creek Brewing. Join us Friday 5 December for Just Jamie and Saturday 6 December for Kayla Rose, both from 6pm. Dogs are welcome, the kitchen is open all day, and we’ve launched a new range of cocktails and mocktails for summer. December is our busiest time of year, so book ahead to secure your table.
